BOOTCAMP AND BREWS
Come join your fellow Hokies for a high-energy, variety-packed exercise class designed to build lean muscle and burn fat simultaneously! The class incorporates strength training, cardio intervals, and functional training into one invigorating program that changes daily. Each class is led by a certified instructor and accommodates all fitness levels. Heart rate monitors are used throughout the class to display each participant's stats on screens throughout the studio.
ABOUT THE CLASS
- 45 minute bootcamp style HIIT class (for all fitness levels) starting at 6 p.m.
- 24 max participants
- Happy hour onsite immediately following the class (all Hokies welcome even if you don't attend the class)
Participants will need to register for a free pass. Space is limited, so register early!
ABOUT E60 FITNESS
Brothers Dan and Doug Frantzen attended Virginia Tech and graduated in 2009 and 2010, respectively. Doug walked on to the wrestling team as a freshman and Dan put his football aspirations aside to become a VT cheerleader. After graduating, both went into consulting for a few years before opening their dream fitness studio in Ashburn in 2015. Their newest location in Arlington opened in June of this year.
