Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour, total body high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout which utilizes treadmills, water rowers, free weights, and TRX bands to deliver effective, heart rate-based results. Each class is led by a certified coach to motivate and guide you through the workout and give you minute-by-minute instructions. We focus on Endurance, Strength, and Power to make sure your body is well-balanced and strong.
