The team is made up of of 3 males and 3 females on the court. The league generally follows USAV rules with a few exceptions. The league rules and additional information can be found on the Capital Alumni Network (CAN) website.
Our team plays in the CAN league against other alumni chapters in the winter. This league is a recreational league where players range from the B - A level. All games are played in the evening between 5 and 9 p.m. at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, VA. The league consists of 8 regular season games and concludes with a single-elimination tournament in March.
